Owner of business is out for himself. He will fix what and when he wants on his clock. I had a vehicle sit there for four months being told a different lie every day. Was made to pay for parts in advance. Counted my loses and had my vehicle towed to another shop. Vehicle was back within a week.

Had our service truck breakdown at Blairmore. Called Mountain Valley Automotive and they had a mechanic come out right away. Got our service truck running and were able to determine the root cause of the issue within minutes. Friendly crew and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend them to all our staff and customer that are in the area to contact them if you have any automotive issues.

The craftsmanship and work ethic from this place has surpassed any of my expectations. Sometimes getting an appointment and getting the job done takes a little longer but the quality and outcome is by far superior than most shops in the area.

Total waits of your money and time Mountain Valley Automotive is a complete rip off and horrible workmanship .
